Directions for use:

How does Urell work?
The health of the bladder and urinary tract can be disrupted by the presence of unwanted bacteria, such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), triggering discomfort, particularly - but not always - in women. The American cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) has long enjoyed a reputation amongst Native Americans for its benefits in keeping the bladder and urinary tract healthy, yet it is only very recently that it is only very recently that Proanthocyanidins (PAC for short) have been identified as the cranberry ingredient that is active in helping to keep the urinary tract free of potentially harmful bacteria.
Bacteria are eliminated naturally from the urinary tract
PAC achieve this remarkable effect by a process known as "anti-adhesion", whereby the bacteria lose their ability to attach themselves to the urinary tract walls. Bacteria are quite literally unable to get a grip, and so are naturally eliminated when water is passed.
Research - some of it using Urell - has enabled scientists to establish that a daily dosage of 36 mg PAC (as controlled by the BL-DMAC method of measurement) is needed to help maintain a healthy bladder and urinary tract.
